Key Outputs Meet month-to-month sales target in New, Used and Rental Sustain and grow machine sales and rental hours within allocated territories/ customer base Effective territory management. Accurately and efficiently deal with sales administrative tasks Effective self-management and performance ownership Manage all aspects of sales processQualification, Experience And Competencies B. Tech Sales/Marketing Diploma or equivalent Grade 12 Develop good customer relationships Proficiency (spoken and written) in English, prerequisite and have a sound knowledge of theculture and business practices Business development skills and knowledge Sound business strong communication and presentation skills Process compliance orientation Knowledge of CAT product line including accessories and work tools Sound knowledge of CAT equipment and industry Knowledge of Salesforce. Knowledge of MS office Facilitation skills Relations development skills
