SBC Engineer

Job Responsibilities1）Responsible for SBC (Session Border Controller) deployment, integration, and commissioning in operator networks.2）Perform SIP / Diameter signaling analysis and troubleshooting to ensure service stability and performance.3）Conduct technical communication with customers, including solution explanation and issue clarification.4）Collect and analyze customer requirements, and coordinate with product & R&D teams to support solution improvement.5）Perform SBC product maintenance, including alarm handling, performance optimization, configuration updates, and software upgrades.6）Prepare and deliver technical documentation (MOPs, change plans, acceptance reports, incident analysis reports).7）Work closely with project managers to support project planning, risk control, and issue resolution.Qualifications1）Côte d'Ivoire nationality, able to work locally on a long-term basis.2）Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields.3）Solid understanding of SIP, VoIP, IMS Core Network architecture, and SBC operational principles.4）Experience in telecom operator networks on SBC/CS/IMS integration & maintenance is preferred.5）Strong problem analysis and signaling trace interpretation skills.6）Excellent teamwork and communication skills, able to collaborate with customers and internal technical teams.7）Strong sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, and fast learning ability.8）Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
