该职位来源于猎聘 MissionIs in charge of the purchasing strategies for his suppliers range, identifying the market opportunities (economical, technological and geographical), managing his suppliers list & the cost reduction programs.Is responsible for the sourcing process according to the plant & project needs in observation of the deontology rules and in the objectives set in terms of quality, cost and deliveryIs in charge of the “order to pay” process: verifies that the spent authorization rules are respected set up the necessary orders and contracts and tracks the conditions of application. Insures that the suppliers are paid in the term negotiated.Manages if necessary any crisis with the suppliers KPI and/or main deliverables:Commodity Strategy & Supplier Panel DevelopmentDefine and implement commodity strategies aligned with global objectives, market trends, and business plan targets.Develop, maintain, and optimize the supplier panel to ensure balanced competitiveness, technology capabilities, and geographical footprint.Identify new suppliers based on innovation potential, cost competitiveness, and compliance with sustainability requirements.Spend & Business Plan AnalysisConduct regular spend analysis to identify sourcing opportunities, cost optimization levers, and localization potential.Support annual Business Plan preparation with accurate commodity data, cost reduction roadmaps, and risk assessments.Cross-Functional CollaborationEnsure commodity strategies are aligned with function team and cost models.Participate in global commodity reviews, benchmarking, and best practice sharing.Support Program Buyers in new project sourcing by providing strategic supplier recommendations, market intelligence, and cost targets.Supplier Performance & Escalation ManagementMonitor supplier performance in collaboration with SDL and SCM.Lead or support escalations for critical supplier issues, ensuring timely corrective actions and long-term preventive measures.Conduct supplier business reviews to drive performance improvement plans.Innovation, VAVE & SustainabilityPromote supplier-driven innovations and technical proposals, including VAVE initiatives.Support sustainability targets by increasing local sourcing, reducing CO₂ footprint, and ensuring compliance with environmental standards.Encourage suppliers to adopt advanced manufacturing processesAdditionalRespects fully legal & company requirementsRespects the environmental legislation.
