We are committed to provide our customers innovative and customized products and are looking for personalities, who continuously raise banking to a new level.Your tasks:Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of sophisticated corporate clients (Commodity Traders/Producers), acting as the local point of contact and supporting global relationship Acquire new commodity customers in Europe and MENA, identifying financing opportunities in line with department targetsContribute to departmental asset size and profitability, aligning with the budget and targetsAnalyze creditworthiness, support credit package preparation, and structure credit limits according to risk appetite, pricing, and policiesEngage proficiently with customers on CTF(Commodity Trade Finance) transactions, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of commodity trade finance with a focus on risk perspectivesLiaise with internal stakeholders, including legal, compliance, and credit teams, to ensure smooth execution of transactions and adherence to governance frameworks.Vigilantly monitor customers' financial standing, identify early warning signals, and take necessary actions as per internal policiesInitiate risk assessment and continuous monitoring, ensuring transactional acceptability and quality.Establish clear communication channels among customers, account managers, and support units for efficient process follow-upStay up to date on market developments, regulatory updates, sectorial risks, and commodity pricesRepresent the bank at client meetings, industry events, and CSR initiativesPersonal and professional competencies:University degree or equivalent education levelMinimum 5 years (preferably 10 years for senior positions) working experience in corporate banking and/or structured trade and commodity finance environmentGood understanding of financial and economic overviewStrong communication and social skillsResults-oriented with self-motivation and the ability to motivate othersWillingness to take responsibility and initiativeActive planning and coordination of customer relationships with client meetingsAnalytical and risk management skills, including financial analysis and transaction structuringExcellent presentation and communication skills in English; additional languages (especially German, Russian, Turkish, or French) are an advantageProficient in MS Office applicationsWhat you can expect from us:Insights into the structure and processes of the banking business and the opportunity to actively improve themVarying tasks in a motivated teamCareer and development opportunitiesNice benefits: canteen/lunch vouchers, voluntary pension fund, employee events, home office possibility etc...Minimum gross wage in accordance with the collective agreement if the minimum requirements are met: EUR 3 612,55/month with willingness to overpay depending on professional experience and training.All job advertisements are aimed at all genders in the interests of equal treatment.
