Department: Corporate Relations & Executive EducationInstitution: International University of Monaco (IUM)Location: MonacoContract: Internship About the RoleThe International University of Monaco is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Communication Assistant Intern to support communication activities within the Corporate Relations & Executive Education department, as well as the Career Center. The intern will contribute to the visibility of our programs through newsletters, brochures, social media content, screen updates, and digital communication assets for students, alumni, and corporate partners.Main ResponsibilitiesCommunication & Content CreationCreate, draft, and distribute newsletters for students, alumni, and corporate partners.Design and update brochures, presentations, flyers, and promotional materials for Executive Education programs and Career Center initiatives.Develop and publish LinkedIn content, including posts, visuals, and updates that highlight programs, partnerships, achievements, and departmental activities.Ensure consistency of messaging, tone, and branding across all communication materials.Digital Media, Screens & Website UpdatesProduce engaging visual content for digital and print using Canva; knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign is a strong plus.Update weekly information displayed on campus digital screens, ensuring content is accurate and visually appealing.Support Executive Education website updates, including content integration, page edits, layout adjustments, and upload of promotional materials.Contribute to optimizing online visibility through basic SEO best practices (keywords, formatting, tagging).Assist with short video creation for internal and external communication when needed.Administrative & Communication SupportMaintain clear and professional communication with internal teams, companies, and external partners.Assist with email follow-ups, document preparation, data entry, and information tracking.Prepare communication materials and support the diffusion of content across relevant channels.Required Skills & ProfileFluency in both French and English is required.Any additional language is considered a plus.Creative, dynamic, proactive, and eager to learn.Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.Solid command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong skills in Canva; proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign is a significant plus.Experience with WordPress or another CMS is preferred.Basic understanding of SEO, web content formatting, and online publishing practices is an advantage.Comfortable with social media management, especially LinkedIn.Knowledge of video editing tools is a plus.What We OfferHands-on communication experience within an international academic environment.Exposure to Executive Education, Corporate Relations, and Career Center activities.A collaborative and creative environment where new ideas are valued and encouraged.700€ per month gratificationPublic transportation reimbursementLunch vouchers (Ticket restaurants) – optionalStart date: January 2026Please note this is only an internship position, candidates for permanent contracts will be automatically discarded from selection. Candidates must be under 29 years old, per law requirements in Monaco. You must be able to provide an internship agreement from your University.
