With a global workforce and brand presence across several digital platforms, social media is important to us to communicate our work, services, boost recruitment and showcase our teams of experts to our global internal workforce as well as external prospects and clients.We are looking for a talented and creative Communications Intern (6 Months) to create next-level content for all Hill Robinson and Moravia Yachting internal and external social media feeds. Working as part of the marketing team, in close collaboration with various departments across the group, the role will help develop our channels, grow our audiences, support the business goals, and generate new business leads.The Successful Candidate Will Be Responsible ForCapture, edit, and produce engaging videos and photos for social mediaAssist in curating content that reflects the world of luxury and yachtingWrite engaging captions and posts in fluent EnglishHelp manage Moravia Yachting and Hill Robinson's presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platformsEngage with departments and stakeholders within the group to coordinate and execute their social media needs.Utilise social media management tools such as Hootsuite to execute social media campaignsCreate content for a range of channels (organic and paid), including copywriting, curation of the strongest possible images/videos, ensuring correct use of tagging and calls to action, and in the most appropriate delivery formats for each platformAttend events to capture photo and video content, conduct interviews, and draft copy.Proactively seek out creative content ideas to share in a timely manner across all platforms, including internallyRespond to and take part in appropriate social media conversations, increasing our engagementMaintaining a watching brief and advising on new/upcoming channels, trends, etcManage and publish content across internal social platforms, including SharePoint and Viva Engage.Ensure all content published externally is also shared internally across our communication channels.Person, skills, and knowledge specificationDeep knowledge of social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok), and emerging platformsStrong eye for design, aesthetics, and luxury brandingSkilled in video shooting and editingStrong familiarity with different social platforms and current digital trendsCreative, proactive, and detail-oriented mindsetExcellent storytelling skillsGood copywriter, able to write to various brand styles, to different target audiencesProficiency in Hootsuite and Canva (or ability to quickly learn)Keenly aware of the latest trends in various ultra luxury markets such as yachting, destinations, fashion, dining, entertainment, travel and experiences, etc.Able to use sound judgement in knowing what to post and whenMust be prepared to work flexibly to cover eventsFluency in English is essentialHighly organised and adaptable, able to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities with easeWe encourage applications from all backgrounds, regardless of race, gender, age, religion, identity, or education.It is our expectation that the post holder upholds, demonstrates and lives up to our company values and works diligently towards our strategic goals and objectives, underpinned by our 5 pillars (Sustainable Growth, Business Efficiency, Trusted Partner, Culture, and Environment, Social & Governance) and that they do so with integrity and professionalism.
