Communications ManagerAbout the Role: We’re looking for a strategic and detail-driven Communications Manager to lead Astra Tech and botim’s corporate and consumer communications, PR strategy, and storytelling across internal and external channels. You’ll be responsible for shaping the company’s voice, building media visibility, and ensuring consistent messaging across all stakeholders — from leadership and employees to global partners and press. This role blends strategy with execution. It requires someone who can manage reputation, craft impactful narratives, and translate complex technology and fintech innovation into simple, human stories. Key Responsibilities: External Communications & PR Develop and execute comprehensive PR and communications strategies that position Astra Tech and botim as leaders in fintech, AI, and consumer technology. Manage all media relations: build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers across business, tech, and lifestyle outlets. Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, statements, op-eds, Q&As, and media kits for product launches, partnerships, and corporate updates. Oversee crisis communications frameworks, ensuring timely, consistent, and reputation-protecting responses. Manage agency partnerships and ensure alignment with brand tone, strategy, and business priorities. Support executive profiling and thought leadership - crafting speaking points, media briefs, and LinkedIn content for leadership. Measure and report media coverage, PR value, and sentiment, using data to guide communication strategies. Strategic & Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing, product, and corporate teams to ensure unified narratives across campaigns and initiatives. Provide communications counsel to leadership during high-impact moments - from partnerships and funding rounds to structural updates and product launches. Act as a guardian of tone, accuracy, and brand language, ensuring all communications reflect the company's vision and values. Internal Communications Design and implement internal communication strategies that align employees around company goals, milestones, and brand evolution. Develop leadership communications, townhall scripts, internal announcements, newsletters, and talking points. Partner with HR and leadership to strengthen employer branding, culture, and employee engagement programs. Ensure message consistency across all internal channels and departments. What You’ll Need: 7–10 years of experience in communications, PR, or corporate affairs, preferably in technology, fintech, or innovation-driven sectors. Proven experience managing agency relations and press offices across multiple markets. Strong editorial and storytelling skills — able to turn complex concepts into compelling narratives. Deep understanding of UAE and regional media ecosystems, with established journalist relationships. Crisis communication and issues-management experience. Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
