We’re looking for a Communications Manager to elevate inDrive’s technology narrative — covering AI/ML, marketplace infrastructure, and data — across earned and owned channels.The role leads tech storytelling, media and analyst outreach, technology awards and speaking opportunities, and vendor partnerships to position inDrive as a product- and engineering-led company. You’ll work with Product & Engineering, AI, Employer Brand, and Communications teams to secure stage time, develop credible tech proof points, and build a measurable program that grows share of voice and engagement with our tech content.At inDrive, technology is built to serve people — not the other way around. We believe in ethical AI — where algorithms support human decisions and progress never compromises integrity or user trust.We’re flexible in discussing potential hiring locations.ResponsibilitiesTranslate the product and engineering roadmap into a clear external tech story (positioning, proof points, Q&A, talk tracks).Drive earned media outreach: pitch tech and business media, prepare bylines, develop data-led stories, and manage timely, accurate responses.Partner with the Corporate Conferences Manager to manage the speaker pipeline, prepare spokespeople, and maintain the tech/innovation awards calendar.Create and manage owned content — blog posts, case studies, deep-dives, and explainers — and adapt them for platforms like LinkedIn and X.Define KPIs and OKRs, track performance metrics such as SOV and message pull-through.Maintain crisis readiness: draft holding statements, coordinate with Legal/Security, and keep media Q&A and escalation documents up to date.Liaise with vendors, partners, PR/content agencies, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery.Provide executive communications support: prepare talk tracks, briefings, and messaging documents for leadership.Qualifications5–7 years of experience in tech PR/communications (in-house or top-tier agency).Proven track record of landing Tier-1 tech/business media coverage and securing high-value speaking opportunities.Experience managing multi-region communications programs and external vendors/agencies.Strong background with consumer tech, marketplaces, mobility/fintech, or SaaS/platform companies preferred.BA in Communications, PR, Journalism, or related field; technical literacy is a strong plus.Working knowledge of AI fundamentals, data privacy/security, platform reliability, and developer ecosystems.Familiarity with measurement frameworks (SOV, message pull-through) and media databases (e.g., MuckRack).Excellent storytelling, writing, and stakeholder management skills.Fluent or bilingual in English (C1-C2); additional languages are a plus.Willingness to operate across multiple time zones and travel up to 10–20% for conferences and media meetings.Conditions & BenefitsStable salary, official employment.Hybrid work mode and flexible schedule.Relocation package offered for candidates moving to Cyprus.Access to professional counseling services including psychological, financial, and legal support.Discount club membership.Diverse internal training programs.Partially or fully paid additional training courses.All necessary work equipment.
