Established in 2012 as a disruptive and scientifically based medical aesthetics company, Neauvia has evolved into a high-growth international company supported by an iconic brand, innovative synergistic approach, production sites and subsidiaries in more than 80 countries all over the World.Reports to: International Marketing DirectorLocation: Geneva or Warsaw Community and Multimedia Specialist position As Community & Multimedia Specialist, you will be responsible for managing Neauvia’s international online presence and digital ecosystem across social media, web platforms and e-marketing channels. You will define and execute the online editorial calendar, oversee content creation, and ensure brand consistency and engagement across markets. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation through impactful multimedia storytelling.You will work collaboratively with other members of the marketing team (category managers, graphic designers) and markets (distributors, affiliates) and external stakeholders such as creative communication agency, free lances, media agency. KEY RESPONSABILITIES1. Online Content Management•           Lead organic and paid online campaigns across all digital touchpoints (Meta, LinkedIn, Neauvia.com, Neauvia Channel, Neauvia Pro, My Neauvia).•           Define and implement the international editorial calendar for product campaigns, events, and corporate content, including copywriting and message adaptation.•           Brief, plan, and coordinate in-house graphic designers and/or external agencies, ensuring alignment with Neauvia’s tone of voice and visual identity.•           Manage day-to-day community interactions, ensuring proactive engagement and a consistent brand experience.•           Develop and expand Neauvia’s digital content ecosystem (scientific content, training videos, webinars, e-learning modules, educational campaigns, Dr interviews).•           Publish and manage new content using the CMS/PIM, regularly updating and optimizing web materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and audience engagement.•           Design simple assets (social visuals, banners, email headers, etc.) when agility is required to accelerate time-to-market.•           Develop and maintain social media and multimedia guidelines to ensure brand consistency and support affiliates in local market execution. 2. E-Mail Marketing•           Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, by promoting Neauvia solutions, events and scientific content. •           Write compelling copy for email subject lines, headlines, and body text to optimize open and click rates.•           Brief designers to create visually appealing email layouts aligned with brand identity. 3. Digital Analytics & Insights•           Monitor, analyze, and report key performance metrics across platforms using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics•           Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and user engagement.•           Track performance and continuously optimize e-mail campaigns for engagement and conversion.•           Benchmark digital and social media trends, identify innovative formats or emerging platforms relevant to Neauvia’s brand positioning. REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Technical Skills•           Meta (Instagram/Facebook)•           LinkedIn / Tik tok•           WordPress •           Microsoft Excel / PowerPoint•           Adobe Photoshop / InDesign•           Google Analytics / Data Studio•           Mailchimp / GetResponse  Soft Skills•           Excellent organization and project management abilities.•           Strong leadership, assertiveness, and collaboration skills.•           Analytical and business-oriented mindset with creative problem-solving.•           Proactive and results-driven approach.•           Outstanding communication and presentation skills.•           Fluent English; additional fluency in French required. Polish is a plus.•           Resilient, detail-oriented, and able to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. Qualifications•           Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communication.•           Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an international or startup environment.•           Knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, and multimedia formats.•           Experience in creative agency or freelance content creation is a plus.•           Strong understanding of digital marketing, product communication, and multimedia production workflows.•           Comfort working in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
