Job Description

We’re looking for a Community Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of community operations, ensuring our residential and mixed-use developments are maintained to the highest standards. This role focuses on governance, community engagement, service provider management, and delivering a premium living experience that reflects Eagle Hills’ brand values.Key Responsibilities:• Oversee day-to-day community operations, ensuring all services (maintenance, security, cleaning, landscaping) meet agreed SLAs. • Manage and monitor the community’s annual operating budget for financial efficiency and transparency. • Act as the main liaison between residents, facility management, and developer teams. • Supervise service providers and ensure contract compliance. • Handle resident inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and empathy. • Lead community engagement initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction. • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, health, and safety standards. • Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, Legal, Customer Care, Sales) on operational matters. • Prepare and present operational and financial reports to senior management. • Develop and enforce community rules, policies, and governance structures.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in community or property management (developer, property firm, or FM company). • Proven track record managing high-end residential or mixed-use communities.Skills & Competencies:• Strong leadership and people management skills • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities • Sound knowledge of service charge budgeting and community governance • High customer service orientation with strong attention to detail • Familiarity with UAE property and community laws (RERA, ADM, etc.) • Proficiency in property management systems (Yardi, Oracle, SAP, etc.)
