Position SummaryThe Curriculum Coordinator for Club Rewind is responsible for designing and implementing high-quality, engaging before- and after-school curriculum aligned with CFISD standards for grades Pre-K through 5. This role ensures program excellence through innovative curriculum development, staff training, and continuous improvement, supporting the vision of Community Programs to provide safe, enriching environments for students and families.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher from a recognized, accredited college or university; graduate study preferred.Valid Texas certification in elementary education.Minimum of three (3) years successful experience as an elementary classroom teacher.Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and coach colleagues and students.Proven experience in curriculum development and staff training at the campus or district level. Terms Of EmploymentProbationary/Term Contract: 250 daysSalary$72,050 (IA-2)Salary Range (based on experience) as set by the Board of Trustees for the school yearEssential FunctionsCurriculum Design & Alignment: Develop and assist in implementing a before/after-school curriculum that aligns with district standards for grades Pre-K through 5.Special Programs Development: Design curriculum for special events and programs, including summer camps and day camps.Collaboration: Work with district and campus staff to create curriculum that supports CFISD goals and student success.Instructional Support: Observe lesson implementation and model lessons for Club Rewind staff to ensure fidelity and quality.Coaching & Feedback: Visit program sites to provide feedback and coaching on lesson facilitation and group management.Professional Development: Develop and present staff training sessions that support department and district objectives.Special Needs Review: Assist with individualized reviews for children with special needs prior to enrollment and throughout the school year to determine program success probability.Other Duties: Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Assistant Director of Community Programs, and the Director of Community Programs.Attendance: Regular and reliable attendance is an essential job function.
