Company Secretary & Board Governance Associate 12-Month Contract (Dublin)Salary Range €100,000 - €109,000 per year.Hybrid - 4 Days office - 1 day home - Office location is Dublin 4.An opportunity has arisen with a leading global investment management firm in Dublin for a Company Secretary & Board Governance Associate. This contract role offers the chance to work at the heart of a highly regulated financial services business, supporting board and committee activity across its Irish entities.The RoleIn this position you will:Manage the end-to-end running of board and committee meetings - including agendas, board packs, minutes, follow-up actions, and diary management.Maintain accurate company records, governance templates, and oversight of delegations.Draft clear, high-quality minutes and submissions suitable for board-level review.Liaise with chairpersons, directors, internal teams, and external service providers to ensure effective governance processes.Support governance compliance with the Central Bank of Ireland, including due diligence, AML/KYC, and regulatory submissions.Contribute to the continuous improvement of governance procedures in line with regulatory and industry developments.About YouExperience in company secretarial and/or board governance roles, ideally within financial services.A qualified Company Secretary (ICSA/CGI) is preferred, though strong experience will also be considered.Excellent written communication skills, with a proven ability to draft accurate minutes and reports.Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident working in a fast-paced, regulated environment.Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact effectively up to board level.Familiarity with the Irish regulatory framework (AIFM, UCITS) and governance systems (e.g. Blueprint, Diligent) is advantageous.The OfferContract: 12 monthsWorking Model: Hybrid - four days office, one day from homeLocation: DublinEnvironment: A global investment management business with a strong presence in Ireland, supporting regulated entities and funds.If you're an experienced governance professional looking to step into a high-exposure role within a global financial services leader, this contract offers a rare opportunity to combine board-facing responsibility with excellent career development potential.
