What will be your main goal in this position?Lead Compensation and Benefits sub-function in the region to design the Rewards strategy; conceptualize and design employee and executive compensation and benefits programs; align employee pay levels with the external and internal value of jobs as well as employees performance in line with business needs, group rewards philosophy and strategy, industry best practices and local legal requirements.What will you do in this position?Define short to mid-term Rewards strategy for the region, including setting philosophy, programs, policies and budgetsReview implementation of Rewards strategy, Compensation & Benefits (C&B) programs and reward policies that are aligned with the company's business objectives for all staff levelsOversee analysis of legislative, market and actuarial trends and projectionsEnsure market transparency and positioning of remuneration packages according to the HR StrategySupervise job analysis and evaluation, analysis of C&B surveys, preparation of C&B proposals and budgetsDesign C&B related business intelligence, taking business strategies into accountDrive HR information management system design, implementation and configuration for regionResolve employee benefits related issues, e.g. about pension and retirement and manage policies for a global workforce in order to attract people to work in different locations to support business requirementsPayroll and personnel expenses budgetWhat can you bring to the position?Minimum 8 years of experience in similar position leading multiple teams developing short to long – term plans for optimizing the organization, function, or job-family and the talent required to execute strategiesBachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting or a related fieldMaster's degreeHR/labor Law certification, Payroll, Employee Benefits, Benefits Administration, Rewards, Deferred Compensation, Pensions, Tax, Data Analysis, Forecasting, Metrics, Data Visualization, Job Grading, Organizational Design knowledgeBilingual English and SpanishWhy should you join our team?You will have the opportunity to work in an international company with a multicultural environment.You will be able to explore our training and development opportunities and become a Logistics expert.Please send your CV to the email provided in the “Company information” section.Interested in participating?Apply by this meansCONNECTING PEOPLE IMPROVING LIVES
