Loita Management Services (LMS) is currently looking to employ a Compliance and Risk Analyst on a Full Time basis.The Job Description is as follows:Reports to:Directly to the Compliance Officer; andAdditionally, to the Managing Director (M.D.) and the General Manager (G.M.) of LMS.Job OverviewThe Compliance and RIsk Analyst provides support to the Compliance Officer and Team. However, assistance should be provided to other team members when necessary.Main Responsibilities (but not limited to): Screening clients and conducting research to combat money laundering and anti-terrorist financingWork closely with the Compliance Team helping to ensure all tasks within the administration process run smoothly;Support the Company with internal KYC processes;Process Potential Clients KYC in-line with the Company's AML Onboarding Policy;Conduct periodic AML reviews on existing Client files and profiles on the Company’s Compliance Due Diligence Software;Conduct ongoing monitoring of ClientsWork with the Compliance Team to prepare compliance data and update customer files and profiles on the Company’s Compliance Due Diligence Software, in advance of Annual external and independent audits;Assist the Compliance Officer and Team preparing periodic reports;Maintain up to date knowledge of regulatory developments pertaining to Compliance, AML & CFT regulations, legislations, acts and trends;Ensure that all FSC Circulars are kept up to date on site on a real-time basis. Job Requirements:Knowledge of the financial services sector would be an advantage;Knowledge of compliance, risk and regulatory framework;Excellent verbal and written communication – Fluent in English;Computer literate (i.e. Microsoft Office);Investigation / Research Skills;Detailed Orientated;Ability to work with a Team.Note: Preference will be given to applicants with Experience and/or knowledge in Risk Management and Compliance and or Regulatory Framework.
