This is a strategic client-facing role responsible for building a profitable compliance advisory practice — developing market offerings, growing client relationships and driving revenue generation across the UAE financial services landscape.The Senior Manager will act as DTOS’s subject-matter expert on UAE compliance regulations, design market-ready service solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery to clients, while focusing entirely on business growth and client engagement. Key Responsibilities:•  Drive business growth through the sale and expansion of DTOS outsourced compliance and advisory services.•  Build and nurture relationships with law firms, consultants, and financial institutions in the DIFC and ADGM.•  Develop and refine compliance service packages, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies.•  Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and sustainable revenue growth.•  Act as a subject-matter expert (SME) on UAE compliance and AML/CFT trends.•  Support thought-leadership initiatives, including webinars, workshops, and client events. Skills and Competencies:• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or related discipline.• Professional certification such as ACAMS, ICA, or equivalent (preferred).• Minimum 10 years’ experience in compliance or financial services, including 5+ years in commercial or client-facing roles.• Strong understanding of DFSA and FSRA regulatory frameworks and market expectations.• Proven success in revenue generation, business development, and client management.• Strategic, entrepreneurial, and relationship-driven mindset.Deadline Date - 10th December 2025
