Emerald Zebra is hiring a Compliance Monitoring Specialist (German or Lithuanian language skills) on behalf of a CySEC-regulated brokerage, part of an international investment group, to be based onsite at the company's Limassol, Cyprus office. As a Compliance Monitoring Specialist, you'll be the extra eyes and ears across client communications and tied agent activity spotting red flags, keeping standards high, and making sure policies don't just exist but work in practice.Location: Limassol, Cyprus - fully on-siteWorking hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00Responsibilities:Carrying out assignments and projects from the Head of Compliance, including the development, implementation, and periodic review of company policies and procedures.Conducting monthly monitoring of random telephone conversations of Tied Agents with clients, as well as reviewing emails and tickets between employees and clients to detect potential breaches.Preparing monthly reports summarizing the results of communication monitoring for Tied Agents.Providing guidance and assistance to the Customer Support Department of Tied Agents on AML and Compliance matters.Preparing monthly and annual reports for the Head of Compliance on activities, identified issues, and actions taken.Collaborating with the IT team to ensure technical accuracy and adequacy of compliance data.Setting up and coordinating technical tasks related to compliance monitoring.Reviewing past monitoring reports to identify recurring issues and working with Tied Agents employees to resolve them.Your Profile:At least 3 years of experience in Compliance, Risk Management, AML, or Quality Control.University degree in Law, Economics, Finance, or a related field (advantageous).Knowledge of AML and compliance regulatory requirements.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must; In addition, German or Lithuanian language skills are requiredProficient in MS OfficeCySEC certifications would be a plusWhy Apply?:Salary range: EUR 36,000 - EUR 42,000 gross/year (depending on experience)Annual performance bonusAdditional monthly allowance for parents of children under 18.21 days annual leave, an additional 12 days off per year instead of public holidays (you can take 1 of these days off every month) and up to 90 days of paid sick leave per year.Company covers 30% of the annual cost of a health plan of your choice.Visa sponsorship is available for employees and family members, if required.Modern office located in the heart of Limassol with a collaborative, open-minded team.Team-building events, sports activities and corporate wellness initiatives.Certified Great Place to Work employer with a strong focus on employee wellbeing, professional development, and work-life balance.APPLY now via Emerald Zebra, visit the link!
