We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer / SRE Engineer to scale infrastructure, accelerate time to market, enhance security and compliance, as our primary goal is to deliver financial services reliably, securely, and efficiently in a highly competitive market.Experience & Domain Knowledge:Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and managing configurations using codeExpertise in managing CI/CD pipelines and streamlining the end-to-end deployment process to ensure efficiency and reliabilityProficiency in implementing monitoring and alerting systems to ensure service availability and performanceHandling incidents, troubleshooting root cause analysis, and implementing remediation measuresEnsuring systems meet security standards and compliance requirements, mitigating risks and vulnerabilitiesParticipate in on-call rotations ensuring system availabilityCollaboration and Participation in the product life cycle, work closely with our product and development teams to integrate best practices in a fast-paced environment to ensure alignment with business goalsStrong sense of ownership for systems and service reliabilityTechnical skills:5+ years in a DevOps or related role in a high-available environmentHands-on experience with major cloud providers like AWS (must-have), Azure, or Google CloudExtensive expertise in containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)Experience with multi-account AWS setup (AWS Landing Zone, AWS Control Tower)Previous hands-on experience with ArgoCDExpertise in setting up, managing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines with tools like GitLab, JenkinsBasic understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs)Advanced knowledge of scripting and programming languages (Python, Go, Bash) and experience in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)Familiarity with Grafana, Prometheus, PagerDuty and ELK Stack for monitoring and observabilityExperience working closely with development teams to improve application delivery and build efficient, automated pipelinesBusiness level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR)Soft skills:Communication: Effective communication skills, especially with teams responsible for security, operations and productAnalytical thinking: Ability to tackle and investigate complicated problems and convert it to the taskAdaptability to Rapid Changes: Demonstrated capability to adjust to quick technological shifts and evolving business requirementsOwnership and Accountability: Readiness to take ownership of tasks, issues as well as demonstrate accountability of the results and outcomeNice to have:Experience with LinuxFamiliarity with fintech regulations and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS)Experience in the Financial Technology sectorWhat you will get in return:Competitive Salary: We believe great work deserves great pay!
