Join us to ride the waves of success together.About the Role:We are looking for a motivated Compliance Officer to join our team in Cyprus and support the daily compliance and back-office operations of the company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to grow within a regulated financial environment.The successful candidate will assist with client onboarding checks, risk assessments, ongoing monitoring, and regulatory reporting duties, including filings for the Seychelles regulator.Key Responsibilities:Conduct KYC/KYB checks on new clients, ensuring all required documentation is complete and compliant with internal policies and regulations.Perform risk categorization and assessment of clients based on their profile and activity.Review Source of Funds (SOF) and Proof of Funds (POF) documentation when required.Monitor client activity for suspicious patterns and escalate cases appropriately.Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in line with regulatory requirements.Assist in preparing and submitting regulatory reports, including reports for the Seychelles jurisdiction.Support the Compliance Department in daily tasks, audits, and internal controls.Collaborate closely with Back Office and other departments to ensure smooth onboarding and compliance workflows.Stay informed on regulatory updates and assist with implementing policy changes.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).Previous experience in Compliance, Back Office, or KYC roles is an advantage.Strong understanding of AML/KYC processes and documentation.Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.Strong organizational and administrative abilities.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.Excellent command of English (both verbal and written).Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.What We OfferFully remote work with flexible working hours.Competitive base salary.Opportunity to grow within a fast-scaling fintech and trading company.Supportive, collaborative international team environment.Ready to Join Us?If you believe this role aligns with your skills and ambitions, we encourage you to submit your resume.
