About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to join our growing financial firm in Dubai. Only candidates who hold BOTH of the following CISI Certifications will be considered: ✅ UAE Rules & Regulations ✅ Combating Financial CrimeApplications without these certifications will not be shortlisted.The successful candidate will ensure that the company operates in full compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and internal governance standards. This role is crucial for maintaining our commitment to ethical and compliant business practices.RequirementsMandatory CISI Certifications: 🔹 UAE Rules & Regulations 🔹 Combating Financial CrimeBachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in compliance, audit, risk, or a related role within the financial sector.In-depth knowledge of UAE financial compliance, AML/CFT frameworks, and global regulatory standards.Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and oversee compliance policies and frameworks in line with UAE regulatory requirements.Ensure adherence to Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA), Central Bank of the UAE, and other applicable regulatory standards.Monitor compliance risks, conduct internal audits, and prepare regulatory reports.Lead the company’s AML and CFT initiatives, including transaction monitoring and suspicious activity reporting.Deliver compliance training and awareness programs for employees.Liaise with external regulators and maintain up-to-date knowledge of new laws and regulations.
