Regulatory and Legal OversightMonitoring and Analysis: Actively monitor changes in national and international regulatory and legal landscapes and assess their impact on the organization;Legal Guidance: Provide legal opinions on regulatory aspects and support various departments on compliance matters;Procedures: Prepare, maintain, and update internal legal and regulatory procedures and compliance standards;Risk Management: Coordinate the compliance risk assessment process and maintain compliance registers.2. Data Protection and CybersecurityGDPR: Full supervision of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) area, including implementation, maintenance, and verification of compliance processes;Cybersecurity: Implement and maintain compliance with cybersecurity regulations;ISO 27001 Integration: Ensure the integration of ISO 27001 (Information Security Management System) requirements with data protection processes.3. ISO Management Systems and AuditingOperational Coordination: Coordinate and operationally oversee compliance with ISO standards:ISO 27001: Oversee Information Security;ISO 9001: Oversee the Quality Management System;ISO 14001: Monitor compliance with environmental requirements;ISO 45001: Collaborate with the OHS department on legal requirements for Occupational Health and Safety;Audits: Act as the Integrated Management System Representative (IMS);Audit Preparation: Legal verification of ISO systems documentation and preparation for external audits from a legal compliance perspective. Conduct internal ISO audits;Corrective Actions: Supervise and coordinate corrective actions following internal and external audits;Registers: Oversee registers required by ISO standards (e.g., the breach register for ISO 27001).4. Documentation, Reporting, and Compliance CultureDocumentation: Manage internal Legal & Compliance documentation; document processes and risk assessments;Reporting: Coordinate CSRD/ESG (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive/Environmental, Social, Governance) reporting;Training: Organize and coordinate training on compliance, ethics, and ISO standards to foster a strong compliance culture;Ethics: Supervise the whistleblowing program.Skills and Personal Attributes:Proven experience in implementing and managing regulatory requirements and ISO standards (especially ISO 27001).
