Apply today and become part of a life-changing journey!Your new roleAs our Patient Journey Manager, you will be offered the opportunity to create seamless and impactful patient experiences by driving innovation and collaboration to improve patient out-comes and support people living with obesity and diabetes.Your key accountabilities encompass the following:Design, implement, and optimise patient-centric strategies that align with Novo Nordisk’s business development goals.Identify and prioritise patient journey touchpoints to enhance patient engagement and outcomes.Facilitate the ecosystem of touchpoints for people seeking help, optimising channel se-lection and driving innovation in digital channels (Search, Web, Social Media, AI).Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders to improve obesity and diabetes management.Monitor, evaluate, and improve the effectiveness of patient engagement initiatives with a data-driven approach.Represent the patient perspective in strategic discussions, advocating for initiatives that improve patient access, satisfaction, and adherence.Ensure compliance with relevant business ethics procedures, local laws, our ways of working (Novo Nordisk Way), policies, and guidelines.Your new departmentThe role is anchored in Novo Nordisk Poland, in the Customer Strategy department and re-ports directly to the Senior Director within this area.Your Skills & QualificationsAs a person, you bring a highly collaborative and commercially minded spirit. As a true expert in consumer activation through new digital channels, you bring valuable market insights and a collaborative spirit, enabling effective teamwork across functions and borders. With digital fluency, and a problem-solving attitude you adapt quickly to change and use data to drive im-pactful, consumer -centred engagement strategies.We expect our candidates to meet the with the following qualifications:A degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare, business, or digital innovation) and prov-en experience in patient engagement, consumer experience, or another related field.Experience in highly regulated industries, such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare, life sciences, or related fields, including regulated sectors of FMCG, is highly desirable.Strong understanding of digital channels and their application in healthcare (e.g., Search, Web, Social Media, AI).A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and act on insights.Fluency in both English & Polish, both written and spoken.Experience in consumer / patient activation, familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry and knowledge of patient journey mapping and optimisation tech-niques are considered a plus.
