Join NAGA!We are seeking experienced and responsible team member for a Compliance Officer role to support the team with completion of compliance projects and support on various regulatory matters.
This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is fond of collaboration and ensures set goals are achieved effectively and on time. Location: Nicosia, Cyprus (Hybrid). Responsibilities: Review and Approve Marketing Materials: Conduct thorough compliance reviews of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc. ) to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies. Approve or provide feedback to marketing teams to align campaigns with applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practicesMonitor Marketing Activities: Ongoing monitoring of live campaigns to ensure continued compliance, flagging and addressing any non-conformities.
Collaborate closely with marketing teams to stay updated on new campaigns, promotions, and initiatives. Affiliate Monitoring and Approval: Review, approve, and monitor affiliate partners’ marketing activities, ensuring they meet the firm’s compliance standards and regulatory obligations. Regulatory and Policy Updates: Stay informed on changes in relevant regulations and industry guidelines. Assist in updating internal policies and procedures to reflect regulatory changes. Support Compliance Department: Assist with other compliance monitoring, reporting, and administrative tasks as needed. Contribute to regulatory reporting, internal audits, and risk assessments. Support in delivering compliance training sessions across departments. Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in a compliance role, ideally within financial services, fintech, or a regulated industry. Solid understanding of regulatory requirements (e. g. , FCA, CySEC, ESMA guidelines, or equivalent). Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field.
