Being a Joint Venture of two strong conglomerates and also the first mover based in the newly developed Al-Maktoum International Airport, which is set to become the biggest airport in the region, puts us in the enviable position of setting the standard and leading the way for others to follow.About The RoleThe Compliance / SMS Officer will reporting directly to the Safety Manager and Quality Manager and will be responsible for supporting both departments.Primary DutiesProcessing of Aviation SMS reports, assessment of mitigation actions and closing actionsPerform on-site audits / inspectionsImplement documentation reviews and revisionsAssist in preparation of meetings, Power Point, meeting minutesEstablish good working relationship with DCAF staffPromote QMS & SMS throughout the companyAny other tasks as determined by the SMS Manager and QMS Manager Minimum QualificationsHigh School CertificateValid unrestricted UAE driver’s license essentialPrevious experience within SMSJob-Specific SkillsGood knowledge of SMSGood knowledge of MS Office (Word, PP, Excel)Previous experience working with IQSMS Basic knowledge of WebManuals Detail oriented methodical approach to problem solving/performing tasks Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure Good communications and interpersonal skills All positions are full time contract, with permanent residency in Dubai.
