With over half a million users, it continues to be the fastest-growing digital bank in the region.Job Overview:As a Senior Director – Private Banking at Emirates NBD, your role is to manage a team with a minimum portfolio of AED 5.0 billion generating minimum AED 20 million Revenue.Key Responsibilities: Guide the team members to achieve their growth targets and directly support in critical client relationships. Maintain and grow own existing client relationships though reduce number of own clients and focus on high-volume relationshipsConstantly explore Investment opportunities with the client according to his / her Risk appetiteRegularly conduct quarterly account reviews in liaison with the allocated Investment Advisor (for accounts above a certain balance threshold) and extend Investment Proposals as result of the reviewCross-refer clients to other business units of the Bank (Corporate Banking, Trade Finance, Treasury and others), total number of referrals as per individual KPI scorecardCoach the teams’ Relationship Managers, monitor their performance and ensure their continuous professional developmentLiaise with Investments team to enhance existing and develop new products Skills and Experience:MBA in Finance or Bachelors degree CFA or equivalent financial services qualificationsMin. 8 years of relevant experience in Financial ServicesMin. 3 years of experience in Middle Eastern marketsFirst managerial experience in leading 1-2 Juniors/AssistantsStrong knowledge about the majority of all assets & liabilities products as well as capital markets, portfolio management and investment productsFull understanding of Compliance, Due Diligence and Anti-Money Laundering Acts as well as standard banking proceduresGeneral understanding of legal structures (Offshore, Trusts)There’s never been a better time to join Emirates NBD.
