With over half a million users, it continues to be the fastest-growing digital bank in the region.Job Overview:As a Director Family Office & Corporate Sales at Emirates NBD, your role is to drive sales of ENBD AM funds via institutional and family offices clients, the unit overall needs to raise assets across a wide product mix with strong levels of persistency. Total AUMs business case from this team are targeted within to be in the range of AED2bn.Key Responsibilities: Achieve or Exceed of the sales target of a minimum AED 2 Bn. Maintain a high retention rate of existing clients, while successfully expanding the current client base to drive revenue and exceed targets. Achieve high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service, advise, tailored solutions, and responsive support. Lead effectively a high-performing sales team. ensure suitable funds are promoted and distributors have full knowledge of upside and downside risksencourage longer term investmentdiscourage churning of productsSkills and Experience:Experience in fund structuring, investment management and sales team motivation.
