MAIN PURPOSETo monitor and manage the business unit front office function aimed at optimal operational performance and client centric service delivery in line with company standards and financial governance principles.KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREASTo manage and lead the teamTo coordinate physician appointment scheduling to ensure patient and business needs are addressedTo monitor and manage the daily Front Office operationsDrive patient experienceDrive operational efficiencies through effective monitoring and management of departmental KPI'sREQUIRED EDUCATIONA relevant master's from an accredited institutionREQUIRED EXPERIENCEAt least 10 years’ experience in a healthcare environment of which at least 3 years were in a management or supervisory positionREQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGEClient service and related management principlesComputer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applicationsConflict management skillsDemonstrate understanding and knowledge of financial principles and sense for businessVerbal and written communication skills in EnglishWorkforce planning and schedulingUAE healthcare industry
