Role Purpose:Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations and assist in coordinating departmental activities.Key Responsibilities:Manage correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain calendars.Handle data entry, reports, and basic record management.Support HR and procurement processes as needed.Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards.Requirements:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
