Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Scottsboro, AL for a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Programmer. The CNC Programmer will be responsible for creating and optimizing CNC machine programs to manufacture precision parts. Daily responsibilities include interpreting technical drawings, setting up CNC machines for accurate machining processes, ensuring parts meet quality standards, and collaborating with the production team to optimize manufacturing efficiency. Qualifications Proficiency in CNC Programming and hands-on experience with Machining.Strong understanding of Technical Drawing and its application in manufacturing.Experience with Milling processes and operating CNC machines.Ability to diagnose and resolve issues related to machine programming and performance.Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Prior experience in aerospace, defense, medical, or pharmaceutical manufacturing is a plus.Associate degree or certification in CNC Programming, Machining, or related field is preferred but not required.
