If you take pride in precision, enjoy solving hardware challenges, and want to grow in a fast-moving tech environment, we’d love to meet you.What You’ll DoAs part of the repair and refurbishment division, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and restoring a range of devices to full working order. You’ll work across a high-volume of laptops, desktops, Macs, tablets, and accessories - ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency in every repair.Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues across multiple device types.Perform soldering/de-soldering, part replacements, and component-level repairs.Handle BIOS configurations, firmware updates, and MDM unlocks as required.Manage high-volume repairs efficiently while maintaining precision and quality.Maintain inventory of tools and replacement parts.Collaborate with the operations team to communicate repair progress or findings.What You BringThe ideal candidate has completed high-volume hardware and software repair jobs at scale multiple times and is confident leading the repair cycles independently.
