The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in computer hardware, troubleshooting, and customer service. This position offers hands-on experience with desktops, laptops, peripherals, and network support in a dynamic business setting.Responsibilities:Provide technical support for desktop and laptop systems, including installation, configuration, imaging, and maintenanceDiagnose and repair hardware and software issues for Windows-based systemsAssist in setting up and maintaining office network equipment, printers, monitors, and other peripheralsRespond to and resolve help desk tickets efficiently while maintaining accurate documentationSupport user account management, password resets, and basic network troubleshootingCollaborate with senior IT staff to deploy hardware upgrades and support IT infrastructure projectsEnsure adherence to company IT security policies and proceduresQualifications:Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience)Basic knowledge of PC hardware components, operating systems, and common applicationsFamiliarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 environmentStrong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamEagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced IT environmentPreferred Skills:CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certificationExperience with Active Directory, imaging tools, or remote support platformsPowered by JazzHRKdg1E2l73X
