Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Talent Acquisition to join our team. This role will focus on high-volume mass recruiting efforts, ensuring that we attract and hire top talent in a fast-paced environment. As a Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, back-office task and managing a large volume of candidates across various positions. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand the hiring needs and deliver qualified candidates to meet those needs. Reporting to: Sr. Talent Acquisition ManagerLocation: Bhiraj Tower, BangnaResponsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume roles across various departments.

Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring all recruitment information is tracked and documented accurately. Communicate effectively in both Thai and English, ensuring smooth communication with candidates and hiring managers. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and help shape recruitment strategies. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and other talent acquisition activities as needed. Assist with backoffice task for new hires. Assist with onboarding processes for new hires. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in mass recruiting for entry-level or operational roles is a plusKnowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. A background in using social media and other digital tools for recruitment. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Required Qualifications: Bachelor degree in any fieldLanguage Proficiency: Fluent in both Thai and English (verbal and written). Experience:

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a similar HR role. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, particularly in high-volume or mass recruiting environments. Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Ability to thrive in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
