Conducting Officer - AIF Funds - City-center

Over the past years, the firm has expanded its activities across fund administration, corporate services, and regulatory compliance, serving a diverse range of investment funds, financial institutions, and corporate clients.The Luxembourg office is at the heart of its operations, benefiting from a modern office location in the city center and a dynamic, international environment. Your Role:As Conducting Officer, you will oversee the operations of alternative funds and support investment governance. Your key responsibilities include:Coordinating and participating in investment committees.Acting as the main contact for investment advisors and internal teams.Reviewing and analyzing potential investment opportunities and strategies.Monitoring execution of investments and divestments according to committee decisions.Reporting to the Board on fund performance and portfolio activities.Collaborating with risk management, valuation, and other departments to ensure smooth fund operations. Your Profile:University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or similar.Minimum 8 years of experience in role in finance/fund industryCSSF Conducting Officer eligibilitySolid understanding of alternative investment structures, debt and valuation methodologies.Fluent in English; German is a plus.Strong communication, analytical, and team-oriented skills.
