You will be working in the Real Assets department and will focus working with real estate and private equity SPVs and investment funds.The successful candidate will be responsible to lead, manage and coordinate key institutional Real Assets clients of Centralis in coordination with co-heads of Real Assets department, participate at building and developing the local team, while also developing the business through their network under the lead of head of Centralis business development team and co-heads of real estate department. You will also be leading the development of the service line by offering individually tailored solutions to clients, including consolidation, accounting and reporting services, corporate secretary and compliance services management, controllership services, business continuity support, transaction support and Yardi Voyager implementation coordination and support with the assistance of the broader Centralis teams, where required.Managing a team, you will have the following responsibilities:Develop growth strategies and plans, by researching and identifying business opportunities under the lead of head of Centralis business development team and co-heads of real estate department.Manage and retain relationships with existing clients.Following industry trends locally and internationally.Coordinate and follow up client meetings and deliverables.Prepare/review financial statements, management reports, budgets and cash flow projection.Responsible for the transaction process during acquisitions /disposals done by our clients.Review the work of other service providers (property and asset managers) and follow up with them.Ensure compliance with client reporting requirements.Work with auditors to ensure smooth audit process.Work with corporate tax advisors and lawyers for the local compliance process.Participate at recruitment, coach and guide staff relative to their position and review their work.Your skills:Expected 12-15 years of relevant professional experience in accounting or audit.Previous experience in Big4 or an international financial service provider is a definitive plus.Experience with international Real Estate / Private Equity structures.Good knowledge of IFRS.Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.You have an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy establishing and maintaining business relationships.Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure, keep within tight deadlines and multi-task.Strong motivation to work in a quickly growing, dynamic and challenging environment.
