Responsibilities include supporting the coordination and execution of conferences and events, liaising with clients and attendees, managing logistics, drafting event documents, and contributing to smooth event operations. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills to successfully oversee event details and ensure timely delivery of tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.QualificationsStrong Interpersonal and Communication skills to engage effectively with clients, attendees, and team membersProficiency in Customer Service and Interpersonal Communication for addressing inquiries and resolving issuesExperience in Event Planning, including managing logistics, scheduling, and on-site coordinationAttention to detail, organizational abilities, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth event operationsProficiency in relevant computer software for event planning and managementA background or interest in the healthcare sector is an advantageBachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, or a related field preferred
