Senior Strategic Consultant

What You’ll Be DoingAs a Senior Strategic Consultant, you will lead complex real estate advisory assignments, working with developers, investors, and government entities. Your role will include overseeing feasibility studies, market assessments, highest and best use (HBU) analyses, and development strategy reports. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring junior staff, managing client relationships, and supporting new business initiatives.

What We’re Looking For5+ years of experience in real estate advisory, strategy consulting, or development planningStrong technical skills in financial modelling, feasibility, and investment analysisProven leadership in managing complex projects and junior team membersExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and WordBachelor's degree in Real Estate, Economics, Urban Planning, Finance or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)Deep knowledge of GCC market dynamics and development regulationsKey Responsibilities:

Lead the preparation of strategic real estate consultancy reports, including HBU, feasibility, and development recommendationsOversee detailed financial modelling and investment appraisals for real estate projectsManage and mentor consultants and analysts within the teamConduct and supervise market research across residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use developmentsLiaise directly with clients to understand project briefs and present findingsContribute to proposal writing and strategic business development effortsEnsure all deliverables meet internal quality standards and deadlinesMonitor market trends and regulatory changes across the UAE and GCC real estate sectorsApplications will be treated in strict confidence.
