Job Description

Job Purpose: The Project Manager plays a critical role in supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across the organization. This position ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while adhering to governance standards. The role involves developing scopes of work, tracking project progress, maintaining project documentation, and serving as a liaison between internal teams, contractors, and regulatory bodies. By managing communication, risk, and quality, the Project Manager contributes directly to the successful operational execution of organizational goals. Key ResponsibilitiesProject SupportAssist with project feasibility studies, including cost estimation.

Define scope of work and prepare Bill of Quantities (BoQ) for each project. Participate in the technical evaluation and tender processes. Provide input for contracts as needed. Monitor project execution and report progress to Project Manager/Club Managers. Develop and manage the annual Capex project schedule. Maintain detailed project schedules and activity logs. Track milestones, deadlines, and budgets; escalate issues where necessary. Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes. Serve as the on-site liaison for contractors, inspectors, and related visitors. Support the Testing, Commissioning, and Take-Over Certificate (TOC) processes. Oversee project handover, snagging, and Defect Liability Period (DLP).

Provide project support across different locations as required. Reporting & DocumentationCreate and update project status reports and performance dashboards. Maintain logs of risks, issues, and change requests. Track key project metrics including budget, timelines, and resource use. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all project phases. Governance & ComplianceEnsure adherence to organizational project management processes and templates. Support quality assurance checks on all project documentation. Assist in ensuring audit readiness and compliance with internal/external requirements. Support regulatory, licensing, and government liaison activities. Contribute to the post-project evaluation and reporting process.

Communication & CoordinationAct as a communication bridge between Club Managers/Project Managers and contractors or internal teams. Share updates and changes with all relevant stakeholders. Support onboarding and training of new project team members in PMO tools and procedures. Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Management, B. Tech, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). PRINCE2 certification or equivalent recognized project management qualification. Key SkillsCollaborative team player with a strong sense of integrity. High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Effective written and verbal communication. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and disciplines concurrently.

Proficiency in creating and updating Gantt charts. Experience working across multiple locations and business units.
