Job Summary: The Digital Transformation Project Manager is responsible for leading, planning, and executing initiatives that drive the organization’s digital transformation strategy. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, implementing innovative technologies, optimizing business processes, and ensuring that digital projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills with a deep understanding of digital tools, change management, and business strategy. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee end-to-end digital transformation projects from initiation to delivery. Collaborate with business units, IT, and external vendors to identify opportunities for digital innovation.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. Monitor project performance and track key milestones, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Implement change management strategies to facilitate adoption of new systems and processes. Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure project success. Communicate project updates, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management. Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and governance policies. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus). Proven experience (4+ years) in project management, preferably in digital transformation or IT-related projects.
Strong understanding of emerging technologies such as AI, automation, cloud computing, and data analytics. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in project management tools (e. g. , MS Project, Jira, Asana). Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) preferred.
