Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage procurement strategies to meet cost, quality, and delivery goals. Identify and qualify new vendors and maintain strong supplier relationships. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers. Ensure timely and accurate procurement of goods and services. Analyze market trends to identify risks and opportunities. Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the warehouse and operations teams. Evaluate supplier performance and compliance with contracts. Prepare procurement reports and cost analyses for management. Maintain and enforce procurement policies and procedures. Work closely with internal departments to understand their purchasing needs. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 5–7 years of procurement or supply chain experience. Proven experience in strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations. Strong knowledge of procurement software and ERP systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Professional certification (e. g. , CIPS, CPM, or CSCP) is a plus.
