Job Description

Plan and execute leasing strategies to drive revenue by securing high-quality tenants, managing lease negotiations and renewals, and maintaining sustained occupancy across the asset portfolio in alignment with overall business objectives. Strategy, Policies & ProceduresImplement strategies to improve tenant satisfaction, maximize rental income, improve lease renewal rates, and support long-term occupancy goals. Contribute to tenant retention strategies and lease renewal initiatives. Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard communication procedures, and instructions to ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. Handle all work-related information confidentially to protect company interests.

Tenant Onboarding and ManagementManage tenant inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting key features and benefits. Facilitate tenant onboarding through move-in walkthroughs and explanation of property rules and policies. Address tenant concerns, inquiries, and maintenance requests to ensure satisfaction and retention. Lease ManagementNegotiate lease terms, deal structures, rent rates, and move-in schedules to attract and retain tenants. Prepare lease agreements in compliance with legal and company policies. Manage lease renewal processes, including tenant discussions and documentation updates. Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure effective property listings and promotions.

Support audits of lease agreements to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations. Monitor conversion rates from potential tenants to signed leases. Track rent payments and follow up on any late or missed payments. Continuous ImprovementContribute to tenant satisfaction programs by gathering feedback and supporting improvement initiatives. Provide recommendations on property enhancements based on tenant feedback and needs analysis. ReportsPrepare and submit monthly reports on occupancy trends, leasing performance, and rent collection. Synergies with StakeholdersCollaborate with Finance and Legal teams to ensure leasing agreements are financially sound and legally compliant.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with tenants and investors. Work with Admin, Projects, and other relevant teams to address and resolve tenant maintenance requests. Talent ManagementGuide and support the Leasing team on projects and deliverables. Foster continuous learning by providing training on emerging leasing practices. Other TasksPerform additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the Line Manager. Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). 5–7 years of experience in leasing or property management, with proven expertise in tenant management, lease negotiations, and property marketing.
