Job DescriptionConstance Halaveli, a luxury resort in the Maldives, is seeking a highly organised and efficient Transport Coordinator to join our team.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising all transportation operations for our guests and supplies, ensuring seamless logistics in our picturesque island setting.

Coordinate and schedule all guest transfers, including seaplane, speedboat, and domestic flightsEnsure compliance with local transportation regulations and safety standardsCoordinate with various departments to meet their transportation needsMaintain accurate records of all transport activities and prepare regular reportsRespond promptly to any transport-related issues or emergenciesQualificationsMinimum 1 years of experience in transport coordination or a related fieldProficiency in transportation management software and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong organisational skills with keen attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to solve problems efficiently and manage time effectivelyExperience in the hospitality or tourism industry is highly desirableKnowledge of local transportation regulations and customs procedures in the MaldivesFamiliarity with maritime transport operationsRelevant certifications in transport management or logistics (e.
