JOB SUMMARY:Directs overall operations of the Construction Division. Ensures that all operational and commercial aspects involved in the Construction Division are managed in line with the company’s vision & mission and yearly strategic direction.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:A. TECHNICALSets strategic long-term and short-term Division goals and evaluates outcomes.Effectively manages and leads the Construction Division to meet project contract agreements and aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.Leads risk assessment and control studies and directs implementation of actions.Leads in developing effective project controls.Research and reports on economic, legal, and other factors that may impact project success.Directs effective project management of all projects under his responsibility.Leads and actively participates in the periodic project meetings.Provides innovative inputs into operations with regard to methods, resources, program, estimates, risk identification, and restraint.Ensures coordination for the timely acquisition of critical resources for the projects and engineers to discuss the progress of the project and address any issues that may arise.Implements strategic and operational activities to ensure that all KPMs are met and exceeded.Represents the Construction Division to all Clients in corporate communications and regular meetings.Undertakes regular review and update of progress to ensure success.Reviews and approves all site requisitions.Reviews KPM Progress Report and WARs.Leads project meeting. Attends the Management Review Meetings.ADMINISTRATIVEForecasts budgetary requirements and manages the Division budget. Setting strategic long-term and short-term Department goals and evaluating outcomesRecruiting, interviewing, and orienting new staff members.Communicates job expectations to staff.Conducts training and seminars for continued skills improvement.Fosters a productive working environment. Attends the Management Review Meetings.Monitors and evaluates staff performance.Ensures high levels of productivity are maintained.Ensures the highest levels of quality are met.Ensures adherence to company and industry regulations.QUALIFICATIONS:Must be an Electrical or Civil Engineering Graduate.Must have a Master's Degree, Diploma, or have completed ladderized units.At least forty (40) hours of training in Project Management, Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety) Management System and/or EHS TrainingPreferably a licensed professional.With at least ten (10) years’ work experience in EPC or facilities management companies, with at least three (3) years’ experience, of which in a managerial position.Excellent decision-making, time management, and organizational skills.With an excellent keen eye for small details.Must be willing to start immediately/ASAP.Must be willing to work in Quezon City.One (1) Full-Time position is available.
