Construction Manager

ResponsibilitiesEngineering & Design ReviewReview and interpret project drawings, specifications, datasheets, and P&IDs for electrical and instrumentation systems.Ensure compliance with Aramco standards, industry codes, and project requirements.Provide technical input during design, procurement, and construction phases.Project Execution & SupervisionOversee installation, testing, and inspection of electrical systems (HV, MV, LV, lighting, grounding, and power distribution) and instrumentation systems (field instruments, analyzers, DCS, PLC, SCADA).Ensure construction and installation activities are carried out as per approved IFC drawings, method statements, and procedures.Supervise subcontractors and ensure quality workmanship.Testing & Pre-CommissioningDevelop and review pre-commissioning/commissioning procedures for E&I systems.Conduct and supervise loop checks, functional tests, insulation resistance, continuity tests, and calibration of instruments.Prepare test packs and maintain test documentation for Aramco approval.HSE & ComplianceEnsure all activities are performed in strict adherence to Aramco safety standards, company HSE policies, and permit-to-work systems.Conduct toolbox talks and risk assessments for E&I works.Coordination & ReportingCoordinate with civil, mechanical, pre-commissioning, and commissioning teams for smooth integration of E&I systems.Provide daily/weekly progress reports to the Project Manager and highlight any technical or schedule-related issues.Support QA/QC and Aramco inspectors during site inspections and audits.
