Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Manager based in Livingston, NJ. The Construction Manager will oversee daily operations on construction sites, manage construction teams, ensure compliance with safety regulations, monitor budgets, and maintain project schedules. Key responsibilities include coordinating resources, reviewing project progress, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, and effectively managing project costs and timelines. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills for managing and guiding teams effectivelyProficiency in Budgeting and Project Control to ensure financial efficiency and timeline managementKnowledge of Construction methods, processes, and best practicesFamiliarity with Construction Safety standards to maintain a safe working environmentExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExperience in large-scale or residential construction projects is an advantageBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent field preferred
