Role DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time Civil Construction Manager to join our clients team in Vancouver, BC. This is an on-site role where the Construction Manager will oversee daily construction activities, ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget, and prioritize site safety and compliance. Key responsibilities include managing contractor performance, ensuring adherence to construction schedules and budgets, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to achieve project goals. The role involves strategic planning, problem-solving, and managing resources effectively to guarantee successful project delivery.QualificationsOver 15 years of civil construction experience, ideally with a strong background across heavy civil and industrial sites, demonstrating expertise in delivering complex projects from start to finish.Proven experience delivering large industrial piping scopes, from planning and fabrication coordination to field installation and testing.Proficiency in problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.Extensive self-execution experience, leading hands-on crews to deliver work safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.
