Project Manager – Commercial ConstructionDallas, TXUp to $140,000 + BenefitsI’m partnering with a well-established General Contractor in Dallas that delivers high-quality ground-up and interior projects across multiple sectors — including Religious, Education, Office, Community, and High-End Interiors.With a steady pipeline of work across the DFW area, they’re looking to bring on an experienced Project Manager who can take ownership of projects from start to finish while upholding the company’s commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Manage all phases of ground-up and interior construction projects, from preconstruction through closeoutDevelop, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and cash flow projectionsCoordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely project deliveryLead project meetings with clients, architects, and engineers to resolve issues and maintain progressReview and approve change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentationOversee site safety, ensuring compliance with company and OSHA standardsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat businessMentor and support Assistant Project Managers and Project EngineersRequirements:Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial constructionProven success delivering ground-up and interior projects in the DFW marketStrong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and contractsProficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar project management softwareExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsDegree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyWhat’s on Offer:Competitive salary up to $140,000, depending on experienceComprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k, etc.)Long-term opportunity with a stable and respected GCCollaborative team culture and clear path for professional growthInterviews are being scheduled this week, If you’d like to learn more, apply now!
