Construction Supervisor - Mechanical

We are looking for Construction Supervisor - Mechanical for one of our Offshore PMC projects in UAE.Qualification RequiredThe candidates should have an Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.Roles & ResponsibilitiesSupervise the installation of mechanical systems such as piping, pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, and HVAC unitsEnsure alignment with engineering drawings, specifications, and offshore standardsDevelop detailed construction plans and schedules for mechanical worksCoordinate with procurement, logistics, and marine operations for timely delivery and installation of equipment Implement QA/QC procedures including inspections, testing, and verification of mechanical systemsEnforce offshore HSE protocols during mechanical construction activitiesCollaborate with civil, electrical, and instrumentation teams to resolve interface issuesOversee fabrication and erection of piping systems including hydrotesting and flushingAssist in pre-commissioning and commissioning of mechanical systems.Maintain construction records, punch lists, and progress reports.Prepare mechanical completion dossiers and support auditsExperience RequiredBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering12–15 years in oil & gas construction, with 5+ years offshoreStrong knowledge of ASME, API, ISO, ANSI, and offshore codesAutoCAD, Navisworks, MS Project, Primavera, and piping design toolsPrevious experience in the ADNOC projects in the similar role would be an added advantage.
