Are you an experienced Residential Construction Site Supervisor with a passion for delivering high-quality residential builds? We’re looking for a motivated and organised professional to join our growing team in Ripley, White Rock, Springfield, Deebing Heights.About The RoleAs a Construction Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing multiple residential construction sites from site start through to handover. You’ll coordinate trades, ensure site safety, maintain build quality, and keep clients informed throughout the process.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate all on-site construction activitiesManage multiple job sites simultaneouslyEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policiesLiaise with trades, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain build schedulesProvide regular updates and communication to clientsConduct site inspections and quality control checksDrive timely project delivery and uphold high standards of workmanshipRequirementsQBCC Site Supervisor Licence (mandatory)Proven experience in volume home building or residential constructionStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlinesSound knowledge of WHS regulations and site safety practicesPerks Of The JobMake the most of your weekends in your unbranded Ford XLT.
