Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Consultant role located in Tashkent. The Consultant will be responsible for conducting thorough risk assessments, advising clients on management strategies, and supporting safe operational practices. The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs across various industries, including energy, mining, and chemicals. Additional responsibilities may include preparing reports, analyzing data, and assisting with the implementation of sustainable business practices. Qualifications Chinese language native-level proficiency is a MUST! English or Russian as a second language is as well. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct risk assessments and project evaluationsKnowledge in industry practices related to oil & gas, power & renewables, mining, and chemicalsEffective written and verbal communication skills, including report preparation and client interactionExperience with multidisciplinary collaboration and project managementUnderstanding of energy transition concepts and sustainable business practices is a plusProficiency in relevant technical tools and softwareA Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Engineering, Business Management, or a similar disciplineDemonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environmentNOTE: this is the roles only for Chinese-speaking candidates with native or bilingual skills!
