You’ll work closely with our onsite engineering and QA teams in Tashkent to design, build, and deliver features that power real-world trucking operations.This is a senior, onsite position - ideal for someone who can think critically, understand complex logistics workflows, and lead product execution in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the TMS product roadmap and backlogWork daily with developers and QA to clarify requirements, guide delivery, and validate completed workWrite clear and detailed requirement documents, technical task descriptions, and user storiesTranslate business challenges into structured workflows and actionable product specificationsPerform deep analysis of dispatching, accounting, fleet, and safety operations to inform product designGather and prioritize feedback from carrier clients and internal teamsEnsure all features are well-tested, stable, and aligned with operational needsMonitor product performance and drive continuous improvementRequired Qualifications5+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably in logistics or transportation SaaSStrong understanding of TMS core functions: - Dispatching & load planning - Accounting & settlements - Fleet maintenance - Safety & complianceEnglish above intermediate level (must be able to write clear documentation and communicate effectively)Proven ability to write structured requirements, technical tasks, and detailed acceptance criteriaStrong analytical and critical-thinking skills with high attention to detailExperience working in fast-paced, agile development teamsNice to haveStrong knowledge of carrier operations, freight workflows, and DOT compliance requirementsExperience with ELDs, routing, maps, or maintenance managementHands-on logistics or dispatching backgroundWhy Join QuickManage?Work on impactful, real-world logistics problems that drive innovation in the industry.Be part of a collaborative, supportive, and innovative engineering team based in Tashkent.Competitive salary, benefits, and opportunities for career growth.Gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies and complex problem-solving environments.
