Key ResponsibilitiesClient ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle.Understand client business objectives, challenges, and industry trends to deliver high-impact solutions.Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and drive business growth.Project LeadershipOversee multiple consulting projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress against milestones and KPIs.Lead project review meetings and proactively address risks or performance issues.Team Leadership & DevelopmentSupervise, mentor, and coach consultants, analysts, and project leads.Provide constructive feedback and support career development through training and performance reviews.Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on client value and innovation.Strategic ContributionContribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing, pricing, and presentations.Collaborate with leadership to define service offerings, methodologies, and go-to-market strategies.Support thought leadership initiatives (e.g., whitepapers, speaking engagements, internal knowledge sharing).QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).6–10 years of experience in consulting, including at least 2–3 years in a management or leadership role.Proven track record managing complex client engagements and leading cross-functional teams.SkillsStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights into actionable solutions.Financial acumen and experience managing project budgets and profitability.
